Third-country transfers
Data transfer outside the EU
For individual services, in particular Meta Platforms Ireland for Facebook and Instagram pixels and Google LLC for YouTube, personal data may be transferred to the USA. Where providers are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, the transfer takes place on the basis of the adequacy decision. For other recipients, standard contractual clauses pursuant to Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR are used.

How long data is stored
Contract and accounting records: 7 years from the end of the calendar year.
Agent prospect data: at most 3 years from the last contact.
Newsletter data: until consent is withdrawn.
Server log files: generally 14 days, longer only in case of security incidents.
Cookie IDs: depending on the respective cookie settings.
